Therapeutic Enrichment: ROSE
Our goal is simple: Make each day enjoyable. That’s why the geriatric professionals of Providence created a unique program of therapeutic enrichment called ROSE. The ROSE program enhances self-esteem, compensates for lost skills and nourishes the skills that remain.
ROSE stands for Reminiscence, Orientation, Sensory Stimulation and Empathy. ROSE is based on a foundation of activities that fosters greater communication, helps elders stay grounded, stimulates the senses to improve cognition, and builds awareness through socialization.
