We know the quality of care your loved one receives depends on the quality of the caregiver. That’s why each of our caregivers undergoes 40 hours of training — the most rigorous program in the industry—and one unmatched anywhere in the Bay Area.
Our goal is simple: create an enriching home environment that supports the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of your loved one. A Health & Wellness Coordinator will meet with your family at no charge to understand your needs and will create a free custom care plan that is regularly modified as needs evolve.
Meal Preparation: our chef trains our caregivers to prepare healthful meals just the way you like them
Medication Management: we make sure the right drugs are taken in the right amount, on the right schedule
Daily Living: from housekeeping to getting outside the house and staying involved in the community, our programs remove the isolation seniors living alone often experience
Doctor’s Appointments: we work collaboratively with the medical community and accompany our clients to doctor’s appointments as their advocates
Fall Prevention and Physical Exercises: we engage your loved one with physical activities designed to stimulate the senses and the mind and remove obstacles in the house that might lead to falls
Mental Stimulation: our specially designed therapeutic enrichment program called ROSE is designed to stimulate all the senses, and is crucial to making every day a rewarding one
Caregivers that speak your language: Dementia makes it hard to communicate. We make it easier, with caregivers who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Tagalog and other languages. Call us to see if we have an excellent caregiver who speaks your language.
Home Care Flexible Schedule Options
Hourly Care
Care never stops. Our trained caregivers are available for hourly care based on your needs. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Overnight Care
Now we can all get a good night’s sleep. Overnight care-giving services offer the primary caregiver a restful sleep, and deliver peace of mind for the family.
Live-In Care
A trained live-in caregiver is available to provide extra assistance for independent living.
Palliative (End of Life/Hospice) Care
As the end of life approaches, our caregivers manage the day-to-day details while you can provide emotional support for your loved one
Respite Care
Who takes care of the caregiver? We do. When you need a break, or want to go on a vacation, Providence Respite Care services offers the additional assistance you need. Set up consistent weekly visits, or schedule respite care as needed.
