Providence Crisis Care

Crisis Care Management

In reality, most of us do not prepare for a time when our loved one may have a fall or sudden change in health. Hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners…all these terms become garbled and confusing under the weight of having to make critical decisions for our loved one.

Providence has dealt with countless families who have been under the stress and strain of having to make decisions with very little notice, or under delicate circumstances.

Our services offer a scope of care offered either in a live-in community or at one’s home.  We can also step in to conduct short-notice assessments and make recommendations to professionals and options in the Bay Area.  At Providence there is someone who is able to guide you during this overwhelming time, and to help you make sense of the medical maze.  With this knowledge, you will have the peace of mind to make the best decision possible.
